About the role
We're embarking on an exciting journey to shape the future of learning at NFU Mutual. This newly created position will own and oversee our proposition, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and meet the evolving needs of the business.

As a Learning Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our training standards are not only met but consistently exceeded, empowering the NFU Mutual Agency Network to achieve their objectives while delivering exceptional service. You'll contribute to the development and management of our Agency Learning strategy, focusing on planning, risk management, and effective communication to drive smooth operations.

Your expertise will help lead and inspire a team of Regional Learning Consultants, fostering a culture of growth and excellence in training delivery that empowers our Agency Network. You'll oversee the planning and resource management for the Regional Learning Consultant team, guaranteeing we meet customer demands and business needs efficiently.

About you
You're a seasoned leader with extensive experience in learning and development within a regulated environment, preferably from a networked business setting. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities enable you to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. A strategic thinker with excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills is essential for this role.

To succeed, you must possess:
  • A Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD) or its equivalent.
  • Coaching and/or mentoring skills - ideally accredited through formal qualification.
