We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Learning Facilitator** to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons, collaborating with classroom teachers, and providing individualised attention and support to students with different learning needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide individualised attention and support to students with different learning needs.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise and facilitate group activities and projects.

**Salary Range:** £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive training program.
