Established as a leading education recruitment agency, Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Trafford.

The successful candidate will work closely with Secondary-aged pupils, providing holistic support and engaging them in educational activities. The role involves managing minor disruptions and developing strategies to promote positive behaviour.

This position requires the ability to work one-to-one and in small groups, providing detailed feedback on pupil progress. The incoming Support Assistant will contribute to the re-integration of pupils into mainstream school.

Experience working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.

  • Located in Trafford (M32), easily accessible by public transport or car.
  • A competitive daily rate of £83.85+ through PAYE, paid weekly.
  • Full-time role Monday-Friday, paid on a timesheet basis until the end of the academic year.
