Axcis Education Recruitment is pleased to partner with a welcoming and inclusive all-aged SEND school in Stratford Upon Avon, seeking an experienced secondary SEND Teaching Assistant to start. This role involves supporting young students, particularly those with ADHD, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour, helping them thrive academically and socially in a supportive primary school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging Engagement: Help students who face challenges in the classroom, fostering their engagement with lessons and activities.
- Skill Development: Use targeted strategies to promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Prior experience working with secondary school-aged children with special needs is essential.
The daily rate of pay for a SEND Teaching Assistant is between £100.
