Job Title: Academic Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic academic support specialist to work with students who have SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and display challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and be able to identify areas of improvement required when working on a 1:1 basis.
Tuition is currently part-time with flexible hours, working with students in their homes delivering and supporting core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science.
About the Role:

This role offers an alternative educational experience to students aged who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education or are awaiting a school place in a suitable SEN school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver and support core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science to students with Special Needs.
  • To identify areas of improvement required when working on a 1:1 basis.
  • To work with students in their homes.
Requirements:
  • A good standard of education.
  • The ability to work with students who have SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and display challenging behaviour.
What We Offer:
  • A part-time role with flexible hours.
  • A competitive salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
