Learning Assistant Vacancy in Stratford-upon-Avon

Nurse Seekers Careers are working on behalf of a fantastic specialist School in Stratford-upon-Avon who require a skilled Learning Assistant to support the teaching team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing curriculum support, working with individuals or small groups, and preparing and maintaining the learning environment. They will also assist with administrative tasks and uphold school policies, values, and safeguarding protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide curriculum support to pupils, fostering independence and self-esteem.
  • Work with individuals or small groups, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain the learning environment, support behaviour management, and help with administrative tasks.
  • Uphold school policies, values, and safeguarding protocols.

Estimated Salary: £26-£36 per hour (dependent on experience)
