About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Big Red Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs across enterprise applications and business processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a strong understanding of our organisation's priorities, structures, and skills needs. You will engage with key stakeholders to assess business issues, identify learning needs, and recommend impactful L&D solutions.

As our Learning and Development Manager, you will lead or support live training programmes, develop digital storyboards, and oversee L&D projects. You will also continuously assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives, demonstrating ROI through evaluation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training for varied audiences. Excellent presentation and live training skills are essential. Proficiency in creating high-quality business documentation is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our organisation's priorities, structures, and skills needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to assess business issues, identify learning needs, and recommend impactful L&D solutions.
  • Lead or support live training programmes across enterprise applications and business processes.
  • Develop digital storyboards and other learning materials in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Oversee L&D projects, managing priorities and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives, demonstrating ROI through evaluation.
