Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
Hampshire Generators is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture these opportunities.
This is a key role within the company, requiring a strong understanding of the standby power industry and excellent communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in generating new business leads and converting them into sales.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as maintaining existing relationships with customers. They will also be responsible for providing technical support and advice to customers, as well as ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous bonus scheme and opportunities for career development.
