">Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing, you will be part of a dynamic team that doesn't just sell bricks and mortar, but helps make our customers' dreams of a new home become a reality. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact for homebuyers, as well as liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and bank and building society managers and valuers.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering construction areas.
  2. Regularly updating and progressing all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Experience of sales in the new house building market.
  • Proven sales skills and effective negotiation skills.
  • Able to recognize key buying signals.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as these are peak times for new home sales.
  • A full UK driving licence.
