Job Description: As a Sales and Channel Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our sales team in Southern England. Your primary focus will be on building meaningful relationships with tyre retailers representing the Vredestein brand and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing partnerships through direct and indirect sales. Support wholesalers to boost sell-out performance in the region, monitor market trends, implement promotional activities, and manage sales targets and budgets for the assigned channel. Represent the Vredestein brand daily, ensuring excellent presentation and visibility at points of sale.

Requirements: Strong network among tyre retailers in Southern England, passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service, excellent listening skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Self-motivation, well-organized, and able to work independently. A willingness to travel frequently and embrace a hands-on approach is required. Proficiency in MS Office tools is necessary for success in this position.
