As a Tyre Sales and Dealer Network Manager, you will be part of an inclusive, dynamic, and innovative environment.

The Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused team player with a strong network among tyre retailers in Southern England. You will be responsible for expanding and strengthening the dealer network while supporting wholesalers to boost sell-out performance in the region. This role reports directly to the Country Sales Manager UK.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Vredestein brand sales in the retail channel by acquiring new customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and growing existing partnerships through direct and indirect sales. Represent the Vredestein brand daily, ensuring excellent presentation and visibility at points of sale. Monitor market trends, implement promotional activities, and manage sales targets and budgets for the assigned channel.

Requirements: A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service, excellent listening skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Self-motivation, well-organized, and able to work independently. A willingness to travel frequently and embrace a hands-on approach is required. Proficiency in MS Office tools is necessary for success in this position.

Benefits: Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a company car, participation in learning & development activities, opportunities to grow your career, health insurance package, life insurance coverage, and a hybrid work policy with support for home office set up.
