About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales operation in Wiltshire, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our city-level sales strategy, building and managing a network of sales teams, and driving revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a city-level sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build and manage a network of sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain high-value client relationships and establish trust with key decision-makers.
  • Oversee commission structures and team performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Report directly to international management and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT/technical services sales.
  • A proven track record of sales success, including experience managing multi-state operations.
  • A strong understanding of digital services and SEO, including their applications in sales.
  • Demonstrated P&L responsibility and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills, with a focus on creating high-performing sales teams.
