Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer inbound calls from customers and provide effective solutions to their queries.
  • Utilize active listening skills and multiple questioning methods to pre-empt customer requirements.
  • Work efficiently and effectively when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes and log any queries.
  • Ensure all calls are compliant with Data Protection regulations.
  • Listen to the client's request, confirm all data, and reassure them through the use of positive language.
  • Suggest or recommend other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial.
  • Resolve customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the IN-SYNC Help Centre.
  • Escalate any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution.
  • Use customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement.
