About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers to meet their needs.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required.
