Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at IN-SYNC Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Active Listening: Pre-empt customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods.
  • Problem-Solving: Work effectively and efficiently to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Data Protection: Ensure all customer interactions are compliant with Data Protection regulations.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest or recommend relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that customers may find beneficial.
  • Escalation: Escalate any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement.
