As a Program Manager at Allianz Trade, you will be responsible for the strategic steering and coordination of World Programs, as well as customer relationship management for the Program. You will report to the Regional Account Director and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand business within the Allianz Trade / Allianz Commercial environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring proper implementation of programs by taking an active role and ownership of the relationship combined with coordination of World Agency teams both domestically and overseas. You will also perform amendments on existing programs/policies, handling and understanding issues in an international framework.

Additionally, you will review, analyze, and implement transfer requests from AZT BUs to AZT MNC. You will have expert ability to manage clients and portfolios of accounts (programs) on a global basis and deliver best-in-class customer service.

Advanced ability in implementing strategic account plans tailored to each client's unique needs and the dynamics of the global market is required. You will also have advanced ability in identifying opportunities for revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling within multinational portfolios.

Competent ability to build extensive networks with close contacts to market players within the main Trade Credit Brokers is essential. You will also have competent knowledge of collection methodologies and the impact of policy conditions.

Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English is required (any further languages are a plus).
