Teaching and Learning Associate

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Associate to join our team in King's Lynn. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional assistance and contributing to the development of engaging lesson plans. Your passion for teaching and learning will enable you to adapt your teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
About the Position:This is a temporary to permanent role offering the chance to secure a permanent contract following a successful introductory period at the school. Our ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, including GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills.
Requirements:- A genuine interest in working with students who require additional support
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and flexibility when interacting with students
- Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning
- The ability to adjust teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
Estimated Salary:£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
