Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Kings Lynn. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academic success and well-being of our students with Special Educational Needs.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires you to work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and provide targeted support to small groups or individual students. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  2. Providing personalized support to students with SEN, promoting their social and emotional development.
  3. Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  4. Supervising students during break times and lunch, ensuring their safety and well-being.
