SEN Teaching Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with children and young people with diverse learning needs, using a creative and trauma-informed approach.
Job Overview:- Develop and implement tailored teaching plans for each student
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support and guidance
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, and SLD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedicated and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable students
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive £38,000 - £45,000 per annum through PAYE, plus benefits including flexible working hours and ongoing professional development opportunities.
