Lead Learning Facilitator

Catch22 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher to join our team as an alternative education provider for young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an inspirational learning environment, developing schemes of work, and supporting students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain effective relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive educational environment.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum requirements, inspections, and accreditation standards.
- Contribute to the development of personal and professional growth through ongoing training and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognized higher qualification in teaching, preferably with QTS.
- Significant experience working with vulnerable young people, including those with complex needs.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements, such as safeguarding, child protection, and equal opportunities.
- Familiarity with planning and assessment techniques.
- An ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learner needs.
This position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and 30 hours of work per week. Catch22 is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
