Flexible Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Flexible Education Professional to work on a supply basis in the Norfolk area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of education and maintaining a positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans effectively to facilitate student learning and academic growth.
- Maintaining a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment, promoting a positive attitude towards learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school day and supporting teachers in their roles.
- Providing constructive feedback to regular teaching staff on students' progress and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or Classroom Teacher, with strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups.
- Valid DBS clearance or willingness to undergo checks.
