Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Monarch Education. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and contributing to the educational development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the teacher
  • Work with students one-to-one or in small groups to support their learning
  • Assist with behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other members of the school community to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in any capacity
  • Strong team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workload
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
