We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Secondary school in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, assisting with their educational and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of students.
- Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting independence and confidence among students.
- Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to implement personalized support plans for students with SEN.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, contributing to comprehensive assessments and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in different educational settings.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are desirable but not essential.
Salary: £25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
