Teaching and Simulation Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching and Simulation Expert. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a dynamic and innovative service, delivering teaching, training, and simulation to medical students, foundation trainees, junior doctors, and the wider multi-professional clinical workforce.

This role offers the successful candidate the prospect to continue developing their teaching and simulation experience and skills. The post is designed to support teaching and simulation education across our trust, with a focus on supporting the delivery of the junior doctors and medical students programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of teaching and simulation education to medical students, foundation trainees, junior doctors, and the wider multi-professional clinical workforce
  • Developing and delivering high-quality teaching and simulation materials
  • Collaborating with other professionals to design and deliver educational programmes
  • Providing feedback and evaluation to improve teaching and simulation practices
