About the Role

We are looking for a talented Performance and Quality Expert to lead our efforts in the East of England region. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our team to provide a leading role and direction in work with partners and key stakeholders, representing the Ministry of Justice as required.

You will also be responsible for facilitating effective communication between our management team and internal and external partners, playing an active part in the corporate management of the Ministry of Justice.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing/supporting change and effecting improvements in quality and efficiency, as well as a proven ability to interpret and apply performance reports.

The estimated salary for this role is £56,061 per annum.
