We are actively recruiting for a Night Shift Operations Manager to oversee and manage a high-performing shift.

As the Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of the organisation's night operations, working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for taking ownership and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Motivation - Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  2. Process Improvement - Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste.
  3. Health and Safety - Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality.

This is an exciting opportunity for established Production Shift Managers to step up in a thriving business where ambition is valued, and progression is rewarded.

Requirements:
