We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Step Teachers. This is a long-term supply role for a Teaching Assistant covering Year 5 in a 'Good' Primary School in Kings Lynn.
About the Role:This school aims to inspire students with love and ensure they have the necessary skills for their future. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Provide individual support to students who require extra help, ensuring they make progress and achieve their full potential.
- Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children aged 9-11.
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
