Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join Sanderson Government and Defence's team as a 2nd Line Support Analyst on a 12 month rolling FTC.
The successful candidate will have 3 years experience in a relevant role and a strong technical background providing support to end users via helpdesk software.
The salary for this position is up to £33,000/annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to end users via helpdesk software
- Maintaining an understanding of ITIL best practices
- Developing a customer-focused approach
- Working towards Oracle and SQL Database management skills
