Service Desk Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Service Management, we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support our expanding customer base. This will be a hybrid role after a successful few weeks of induction at the Bristol Office. There will be a need to visit theoffice, with notice on a regular basis, and you should be willing to attend when required by your line manager.
Firstly will be to provide excellent service to our customers, building relationships and establishing a reputation for being friendly and helpful.
Secondly will be to develop, document and effectively communicate in-depth knowledge of our products and clients. With an expanding team and product range, this will be an essential part of continuing to maintain our standards.
The Service Desk team also provide reports and hold regular catch-up meetings with our bigger clients, as well as coordinating updates and maintenance for much of our software. While this isn’t overly technical, you’ll need an aptitude for learning detailedprocedures and processes, as well as strong admin skills.
To excel at this job, you’ll need great people skills. In particular, the ability to build relationships across teams will be a big plus. You're likely to be confident and highly organised - the kind of person that naturally stays of top of things even in acrunch. Attention to detail will most certainly be one of your strong points. While things usually run smoothly, you'll need to be able to handle occasional setbacks and take emergencies in your stride with a calm demeanour and good humour.
