Job Title: Business IT Support Specialist

Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Plus vehicle allowance or van)

Location: Home based with travel across London and Berkshire areas

Job Description:

We are recruiting for an IT Technical Engineer to join our team. As part of this role, you will provide remote and onsite support and installations for customers ranging from SMEs to enterprises. This includes troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of solutions for customers in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance work on customers' ICT services, updating case management and field services tools as required.
  • Installation and configuration of a wide range of ICT solutions.
  • Providing high-quality customer experience during installation or maintenance of IT or Telephony services.
  • Supporting colleagues remotely or onsite as needed.
  • Liaising with project management teams, 3rd Line Engineers, and Service Desk Engineers regularly.
  • Auditing and documenting client infrastructure.
  • Supporting the delivery of small, medium, and large projects as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an IT or Telecom Support or Delivery role.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours or stay overnight on larger project work if required.
  • Full valid UK driving license for field roles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows Desktop, Windows Server, and M365.
