Sales Enablement Strategist

About the Role
The Sales Enablement Lead will play a crucial part in KPMG's Sales Enablement strategy, working closely with the Sales team to deliver top-notch sales experiences for clients. As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for maintaining the pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness, and collaborating with Architects, ROLs, and Member Firms to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate inputting of pipeline data from initial start through delivery.
- Maintaining the lifecycle of deal data (pipeline, wins, engagement stage, resources assigned, estimated deal value, and estimated DC hours for KDN, etc.).
- Triage opportunity requests and immediate actions as defined in the Sales process.
- Support the process of assembling and coordinating the bid pursuit team.
- Defines the Sales strategy and overall Sales approach for the region based on KPMG's collective strategy and Global Priority Solutions.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to form a cohesive sales approach and strategy.
- Drives local Solution specific campaigns execution for marketing and event programs.
- Participates in the Deal qualification process to ensure KDN delivery centers are part of the solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related experience.
- Preferred MBA or certification(s) in a business function.
- Experience leading cloud-based managed services engagements.
- Strong understanding of technology and how various solutions interact.
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.
