About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in either London or Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Your primary objective will be to empower our global sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. You'll work closely with our sales leadership to understand their needs and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business and help shape the future of sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with ScreenCloud's business goals and sales objectives
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales process
  • Deliver product training to ensure the sales team is well-versed in our offerings
  • Conduct knowledge gap analyses to identify areas where additional training or resources are needed
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up
  • Facilitate ongoing training and workshops to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits and Perks
