Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Strategist to join our team at Futurice GmbH. As a Data and AI Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data and AI strategies across projects, leading the development of data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data and AI strategies across projects
  • Lead the development of data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and AI capabilities into existing products and services
  • Mentor and upskill team members in data science and AI technologies
  • Ensure best practices in data governance, privacy, and ethical AI development
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing data and AI opportunities
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and AI concepts
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of GenAI technologies and applications (e.g., Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision)
  • Some experience with data engineering concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of software development practices and version control systems
