Engenera Renewables Limited is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing strategic sales and marketing activities to increase revenues.

Main Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the development and maintenance of a computerized customer and prospect database.
  • Identify and create marketing offers for major potential clients to enhance the Engenera brand.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor and report on activities to achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
  • Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  • Manage external direct sales & marketing agencies and ensure cost-effective use of finance and resource.
  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Attend and present at external and internal meetings and other company functions as necessary to aid business development.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to company policies.
  • Manage all Customer Relationship activities, ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are agreed and exceeded.
  • Continuously present new opportunities and manage and oversee the development of those offerings that have been approved by the board.
