About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning and forecasting processes, providing financial advice and recommendations to drive business performance, and liaising with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled finance professional to contribute to strategic financial decisions and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will also review and analyze financial data for business insights, manage and mentor junior team members, and ensure financial compliance and risk management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
