We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Strategy and Inclusive Growth to join our team in Derby City, Derbyshire, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire, and the East Midlands.

This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation, focusing on inclusive growth and strategy. As the new Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading the EMCCA lead for the Inclusive Growth Commission, delivering a regional economic agenda, integrating local enterprise partnerships, and managing new investment approaches.

The ideal candidate will have a robust history of leading strategic initiatives within high-profile political or public sector contexts. Key skills include forging strong relationships, developing regional economic strategies, managing comprehensive investment programs, and driving inclusive growth. A proven ability to foster partnerships, integrate complex functions, and embed new operating principles is essential.

In this role, you will contribute to the long-term prosperity of the East Midlands region by fostering an open and transparent culture within our organisation and across the partnership. Your leadership will create an environment where every employee can thrive, and you will be a passionate advocate for the East Midlands.
