Job Overview:

  • A first-class sales and marketing leader with strong experience of harnessing advanced social media channels and digital marketing techniques to increase brand awareness among target clients internationally.

Job Description:

This role will oversee the development and implementation of a compelling strategic growth plan for the business, facilitating succession and preparing for exit. The Strategic Growth Leader will be responsible for driving new commercial opportunities, particularly across existing and new target sectors internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic growth plan to drive business expansion and profitability.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new commercial opportunities.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business progress.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales and marketing leadership, with experience of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, leveraging social media and digital channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach, with experience of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
