**Drive Business Growth with IDEX Consulting**
We are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our M&A and Business Growth Division, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward.
**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and M&A, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
