About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, expanding company on a growth journey. As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in leading the HR team, attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a development environment, and equipping leadership with the tools needed to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a proven track record of driving business success through strategic talent acquisition and organisational development. You will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on HR matters and helping to shape the company's future.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

  • Craft and execute strategies to attract the best talent and build a high-performance team.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees, handling concerns and fostering an open environment.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by supporting managers with performance development.
  • Coach leaders on performance improvement, ensuring every team member has the support to excel.
  • Lead our compensation strategy, ensuring it is competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Oversee benefits programs, from health insurance to wellness initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through organisational growth and transition.
  • Leverage HR data to assess strategy effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
