Highway Design Manager

About the role
As a Senior Highways Engineer, you will be responsible for leading highway and infrastructure projects from feasibility to implementation. You will provide direction to the project team on highway design and construction, and work closely with clients to ensure project success.
- Lead the design and delivery of highway and infrastructure projects.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design responsibility for Highways and Infrastructure projects.
- Manage design and disciplines for projects.
- Collate project information and liaise with the Client and client team as required.
- Supervise site-based projects as required.
- Provide technical input into major/minor highway and infrastructure schemes.
