About the role

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join their Highways team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highway and infrastructure schemes from feasibility to implementation.

  • Design and manage highway and infrastructure projects
  • Lead a team of engineers and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and work instructions

As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale infrastructure upgrades to large-scale highway developments. You will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring project deliverables are met, and providing technical expertise to project teams.
