Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Strategy Director to lead our technical SEO efforts and drive business growth through sustainable organic search visibility.

This role will require you to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, manage a team of senior SEO experts, and ensure the technical integrity of clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive business growth through sustainable organic search visibility
  • Manage a team of senior SEO experts and provide guidance on technical SEO best practices
  • Ensure the technical integrity of clients' websites and improve website performance through audits, migrations, and backlink analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO into overall marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitor analyses, keyword research, and other research projects to inform SEO strategies
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on SEO campaign performance and meet dynamic KPIs set out specifically for this role
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO best practice and share knowledge across the team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in technical SEO, including experience with website audits, backlinks, and migrations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to win over challenging contacts and build trust with clients
  • Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools, such as crawlers and link checkers
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and advanced formulae
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, such as AEM, WordPress, and Magento
  • The ability to balance your workload and deliver on time
