Job Title: Digital Performance Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Director to lead our global digital marketing strategy. This role will require a data-driven marketing professional with extensive experience in Paid Social Media/PPC and B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness.
  2. Manage significant budgets across multiple channels, including Paid Social Media and PPC.
  3. Optimize marketing technology to ensure scalable and data-driven marketing campaigns.
  4. Work closely with HubSpot to map addressable audiences, track engagement, and optimize activity.
  5. Drive lead acquisition through paid media channels and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  1. Strong B2B performance marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
  2. Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and significant budgets.
  3. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager.
  4. Passionate about data with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with raw data, connected datasets, and pivot tables.
  5. Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  6. Desirable: Google Ads certification and experience with Clearbit, Figma, and Microsoft Power BI.
