About the Role

We're looking for a self-sufficient individual with a true passion for paid marketing. As a Digital Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for managing and developing all digital marketing activities, working cross-functionally to deliver an extraordinary experience for our community of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies for larger integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with social platforms to leverage platform capabilities and explore opportunities for growth
  • Regularly communicate with internal teams to align on objectives, strategy opportunities, and overall marketing performance
  • Work with other team leads to align SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Launch and manage affiliate strategies on leading networks
  • Monitor and analyse key digital marketing metrics across all channels
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital paid ads role
  • Accountability for SMM, PPC, SEO, SEM, and Affiliates
  • Strong expertise in Display, Affiliates, PPC, Paid Social, and SEO
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
