Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to grow brand awareness and revenue, ensuring campaigns are scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine campaigns and implement effective marketing strategies, leveraging tools like Hubspot CRM, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency, ensuring CAC and ROAS targets are met, and collaborating with internal teams to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user experience.
  • Manage third-party PPC agency relationships, reviewing performance and driving improvements, and structuring and communicating weekly and monthly departmental performance reporting to stakeholders and the wider business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, including creating and optimizing workflows, and proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), with experience building and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills, comfortable reporting on performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
