Digital Performance Marketing Director

Are you a Paid Media expert looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to join our team at James Chase, a leading digital agency in Brighton.
About the Role:- As a Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Paid Social and PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
- You'll build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media strategies and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with our SEO, PR, Design, and Tech teams to deliver integrated marketing efforts across different channels.
- Lead campaign planning, strategy development, and execution, using data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members in PPC and Paid Social to support their professional development.
- Develop creative ad content to optimise campaign results across PPC and Paid Social platforms.
- Stay informed on market trends and technological developments to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- At least 2 years of experience in PPC and Paid Social, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
