**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Residential Care Team Member to join our team at Creative Support in Carlisle. As a Residential Care Team Member, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to service users living in our residential care homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality care to service users, including those with dementia.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Support service users to maintain their independence and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**
- Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
