About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at North Lakes Children's Services as a Residential Deputy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to our young residents
  • Manage daily operations, including shift rosters and staff rotas
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the welfare of our young residents
  • Work closely with other members of the management team to achieve our organizational goals

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of the issues that face young people in care
  • Relevant qualification, such as a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with Emotional Behavioural Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work (advantageous)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of £62,640 per annum (based on a 42-hour week), plus a sleep-in allowance of £62.64 per night. You will also receive ~6 weeks annual leave entitlement, a company pension, and access to our Employee Discount Scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.
