About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Services Manager to join our team in Carlisle. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care and support is delivered to our residents.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead a small 27-bed residential care home in Carlisle, providing 24-hour support for older adults who require additional care and support.
- Assist with the management of daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.
Requirements:
">We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need:
">- A minimum Level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a care home environment, preferably as a senior staff member.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
