Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small 27-bed residential care home in Carlisle, providing 24-hour support for older adults who require additional care and support.
  • Assist with the management of daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a care home environment, preferably as a senior staff member.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
