About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our services based in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with boys aged 6-18 and be part of a well-established local provider of therapeutic residential care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our young people. This includes leading and managing a team, developing individualized care plans, and implementing strategies to promote emotional well-being and stability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience working in residential childcare settings, a sound understanding of attachment theory and trauma-informed care, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to £33,112.56 per annum, including sleep-in shifts. We offer a range of benefits, including access to continued professional development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and a supportive team environment.
